Misspelled words and poor grammar

Here is one from my principal:
"If you questions, please sees before completing any such documents. Thank you,..."

And one from a fellow teacher:
"The Voluneeterism committee decided to list ideas for volunteer opportunities on the public server. I have created folders with the different opportunites for teachers to add their ideas to.

If you approve could you please forward this to teachers. "
My principal approved and sent it on to us with the heading " Voluneetering Committee"

My husband substitutes in the middle school  and he sees spelling errors all the time. It's no wonder!
